These services are delivered by licensed speech therapists through in-person and virtual consultations.

3. Client Eligibility

To access our services, clients must be at least 18 years old or have a legal guardian who agrees to the terms on behalf of a minor. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion.

4. Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. All interactions with our services comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to ensure the privacy of your personal health information. No information will be shared without prior written consent, except where required by law.

5. Payments and Fees

Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment or as otherwise specified by a payment plan. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other specified methods. Fees for services are listed on the website or communicated to you upon inquiry and may be subject to change.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. A fee of 50% of the session rate will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours.

8. Limitation of Liability
