Therapy Sessions: No refunds will be issued for completed therapy sessions. However, if you are unsatisfied with a session, we encourage you to discuss any concerns with your therapist. We will work to address your needs and provide the best possible service moving forward.
Prepaid Packages: If you have prepaid for a package of services, you may request a refund for unused sessions within 30 days of the first session, provided that the request is made before any services have been used.
3. No Show/ Late Cancellation Fees
In the event that you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee for the session will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.
